How does Free Shipping work?
Simply look for the  logo to receive free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $60 or more before after discounts, your order ships FREE! Free shipping is for domestic orders only at this time.

When should I expect my order?
Orders usually ship out within 3 business days. There are certain items that take up to 6 business days to ship because they are made to order. 
We ship USPS Priority or USPS First Class. Once shipped, domestic Priority shipping times are 2-3 business days and First Class takes 3-5 business days Your account will be updated with a tracking number and an email will be sent notifying you of shipment.
International shipments
 International First Class orders may take up to 4 weeks, depending on your country's' postal and customs service. International Priority Mail takes an average of 6-10 business days. These transit times vary greatly and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival.  Please check your local government agency for these costs. We are not responsible for customs fees. If your order is sent back to us due to unpaid customs fees in your country then additional shipping charges will occur to re send the package. If the customer abandons the shipment without paying duties, we will not refund the shipping costs that occurred at time of shipment.  A refund on merchandise will be given when the package is returned back to our warehouse. If a customer refuses the package and it is not forwarded back to Bully Supplies, no refund will be given.

 We are not responsible for shipments delivered but missing. The customer is responsible for their package once it is delivered to the provided mailing address. We are not responsible for theft after tracking shows delivery.
If the wrong address was provided to us by the customer at the time of the order it is not our responsibility to reship or refund a lost package. A discount of 50% will be given to reorder.
